Querétaro is grape land. That’s why it’s the base of our gin. We macerate juniper and fresh botanicals from our garden with the first distillation. After that, we distill them twice more. Its citric and aromatic notes are a tribute to the life that grows around us.

SUGAR CANE RUM
Our rum’s process begins in the state of Michoacán with Purépecha sugar cane. There is where the fermentation and the first distillations are made. Then, we soften the spirit by ageing it in our cellar.

Red, white and orange wine made with grapes from María & Bernardo’s vineyard and natural hard cider made from Mexican apples. Quality, care and attention will always be part of every step of our wine and hard cider making process: from the land they come from to your table. Fermented naturally with wild yeasts, we do not use chemicals or additives. Natural as they should be!
